The Million Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty covers essential components that keep your vehicle running smoothly:

Engine: Coverage includes the engine block, cylinder heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshafts, timing gears, rocker arms, and much more. This comprehensive protection ensures that all critical, internally lubricated parts are covered.
Transmission/Transaxle/Transfer Case: From the transmission case to all internally lubricated parts like gears, oil pumps, valve bodies, and solenoids, this warranty keeps your vehicle's transmission components in top condition.
Drive Axle: The differential/axle housing and all internally lubricated parts are covered, including axle flanges, ring and pinion gears, CV joints, and U-joints, providing full coverage for your vehicle's drivetrain.

Should you need to make a claim under the Million Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, simply return your vehicle to us or contact our authorized administrator, FWS, at 1-800-327-5172. You must follow the provided instructions and obtain authorization prior to repairs. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in denial of your claim.

Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and expires when the vehicle is sold, traded, or declared a total loss.
Maintenance Requirements: To keep your warranty valid, it is essential that you follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and retain all service records. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
Deductible: A $100 deductible applies to each covered repair visit. If a covered part previously repaired under this warranty fails again, the deductible may be waived.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by environmental factors. Specific exclusions include but are not limited to:

Any part not listed as covered under Powertrain Coverage.
Mechanical Breakdown caused by accidents, alterations to the vehicle, or failure of non-covered parts.
Damages resulting from contamination, overheating, lack of coolant or lubricants, or environmental factors.
Any Mechanical Breakdown caused by misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance of the failed Covered Part.

Coverage Limitations: The total benefits paid for any one repair visit shall not exceed the actual cash value of your vehicle prior to the repair. The aggregate total of all benefits paid during the warranty term shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.

Maintenance Requirements: In order to keep your Million Mile Limited Warranty valid, you must follow the maintenance procedures listed below: ·

· It is your responsibility to ensure the oil warning light and gauge, as well as the temperature warning light and gauge, is in proper working condition and not displaying signs of warning.

· Your vehicle must be serviced and receive all scheduled maintenance as outlined by the manufacturer's Owner's Manual.

· Your must retain all copies of all maintenance and repair orders. These copies must indicate: customer name, repair order number and date, vehicle identification number, description of your vehicle including make, model and odometer reading at time of servicing, and a complete description of services performed.

· You may be required to provide proof of all maintenance services completed, in compliance with the manufacturer's Owner's Manual. Failure to provide proof of services performed will void this Limited Warranty.
